There are many components to a computer. Each one has its own task. The register-level architecture is the core component of a computer system. Register-level architecture refers to the internal registers used temporarily by the system for storing data and instructions while it processes commands. Registers store little data or instructions and are fast. Registers allow for an instruction to be broken down into multiple steps.
