In recent years, the term “supply chain management” has become popular among business managers and scholars alike (Golicic, Handfield, & Sroufe, 2017). The management of supply chains involves working closely with strategic executives and manufacturers, as well as intermediaries such agents and retailers to decrease the prices for their products. The main goal of supply chain management is to create value for the customer by providing a more efficient and effective product delivery system (Golicic, Handfield, & Sroufe, 2017).
