The customers are also looking at design, price and features. Every stage of customer journey marketing is customized to meet the needs of each customer. To create interest and increase awareness, the company uses product placements, advertising campaigns and influencer partnerships. Pricing strategies are used by the company to enhance the value of its product as well as reinforce the notion that it is worth the money.
