BPMN in Telecom Procurement
BPMN is the business process modeling notation for telecommunications companies. It’s a visual representation that depicts how procurement works in these businesses. BPMN is a notation that helps to capture, analyze, optimize, and execute the procurement process in order for the business to function smoothly (Kenneth 2015). This simplifies the entire process by breaking down tasks into manageable steps and making them easily quantifiable (Stone (2015)). The BPMN provides visual guidance to stakeholders.
